Getting Started

The Lot-O-Logic Pilot Program Template is standard and customizable:

  1. Clarify Outcomes:

  2. Select Participants:

    • Choose a smaller group of kids to participate in the pilot.

    • This allows you to evaluate feasibility, engagement, and impact before rolling out the program to a broader audience.

  3. Test Delivery Methods:

    • Understand which delivery methods align with stakeholders’ initiatives and needs.

    • Experiment with different engagement strategies and tools to find what works best.

    • Consider unexpected challenges and obstacles learners might encounter.

  4. Evaluate Resources:

    • Gain insight into administrative resources needed for the program.

    • Funded Federal and State Grantees qualify for program inclusion.

    • We are registered with SAM.Gov and qualify for sub-grant participation

  5. Gather Feedback:

    • Throughout the pilot, collect feedback from participants and stakeholders.

    • Use this information to make informed decisions about scaling up the program.

    • A successful pilot sets the stage for a full-scale launch.

    • A product licensing agreement is required

    • We invest time and effort in planning and execution!
