The Lot-O-Logic Pilot Program Template is standard and customizable:

Clarify Outcomes:
- Define clear objectives and content preferences for the pilot.
- What outcomes do you want to achieve?
- Identify learning content adjustments based on feedback and data-driven insights during the pilot.
Select Participants:
- Choose a smaller group of kids to participate in the pilot.
- This allows you to evaluate feasibility, engagement, and impact before rolling out the program to a broader audience.
Test Delivery Methods:
- Understand which delivery methods align with stakeholders’ initiatives and needs.
- Experiment with different engagement strategies and tools to find what works best.
- Consider unexpected challenges and obstacles learners might encounter.
Evaluate Resources:
- Gain insight into administrative resources needed for the program.
- Funded Federal and State Grantees qualify for program inclusion.
- We are registered with SAM.Gov and qualify for sub-grant participation
